DIABETES EDUCATION CLASSES
We are providing free diabetes education classes on the following dates:
1/25/2012 – Basic Education
2/29/2012 – Basic Education
3/14/2012 – Basic Education
Classes start at 4:00pm. Feel free to bring a friend to class! To register call 402-441-3575.
ELIXA STUDY
You may be eligible for the Elixa drug study if you are over 30 years old, have type 2 diabetes or have been told you have
high blood sugar level and you were recently in the hospital for an acute coronary syndrome event (certain types of heart
attacks or unstable angina.)
